Registration Policy
Registration for Castle Hill Sports Netball Club (CHS) will open on 1st February, 2018. The link to the online registration portal will be posted on the Castle Hill Sports website (www.chsnetball.com.au), Facebook page and emailed to existing members.
All players must be registered and fees paid prior to grading.
Registrations close on Wednesday 21st February, 2018.
All registered players and coaches must comply with the NetballNSW Codes of Behaviour. The Club Committee will monitor compliance with these codes.
We offer the following opportunities for players:-
5yrs-7yrs – Club based skills only program – $70
7yrs to 9yrs – Skills & Competition games played on Saturday morning – $235
10yrs-15yrs – Competition games played on Saturday morning – $245
16yrs to 17yrs – Competition games played Saturday afternoons – $245
18yrs to Open age – Competition games played Saturday afternoons – $260
Registration Policy for Players 16yrs & over – These players may form their own teams with friends, etc. Registering as a team means that the team is formed independently of CHS grading system. The club may add players to these teams if individuals contact us requesting a place in a team. However, this will be done in consultation with the team contact and only if existing player numbers permit.
All players must be fully registered and fee paid, by the registration cut off date. One player from the team should email the team list to our registrar, Luci Dolores, registrar@chsnetball.com.au
- The team must supply a coach, manager and suitable umpire who must be approved by the CHS Umpiring Convenor.
- If the team wishes to train they must notify the Club to arrange the booking of courts.
Late Registrations
All late Registrations who have not attended grading will be placed in a team at the discretion of the CHS Executive Committee. This will take into consideration the impact of the players in all teams in that age group for the benefit of Castle Hill Sports.
De-registration Policy
Prior to grading – a player can de-register and receive a full refund of the Castle Hill Sports Netball Club registration fee & the BHSNA portion of the fee. (the NetballNSW portion of the fee is not refundable).
After grading and prior to teams being released – a player can de-register and receive a refund of the Castle Hill Sports Netball Club & the BHSNA portion of the fee, (the NetballNSW portion of the fee is not refundable), less a $20 administration fee.
On or after teams are released – a player can de-register and receive a 50% refund of the Castle Hill Sports Netball Club & BHSNA portion of the fee, (the NetballNSW portion of the fee is not refundable).
On or after registration with BHSNA -a player can de-register and receive a 50% refund of the Castle Hill Sports Netball Club & BHSNA portion of the registration fee or the BHSNA refund, whichever is the lesser amount. (the NetballNSW portion of the fee is not refundable) (Note: the player will not be able to register with another club in the BHSNA)
No player can be de-registered after having played any competition game, except at the discretion of the BHSNA and no refund of fees will be paid.
