All registered players and coaches must comply with the NetballNSW Codes of Behaviour. The Club Committee will monitor compliance with these codes.
All games are played at the Baulkham Hills Netball Association, Wellgate Ave, Kellyville.
Club training will be held at the Bernie Mullane Sports Complex, Marella Ave, Kellyville
Registration Policy for Players 16yrs & over
Player over 16yrs must be in a team PRIOR to completing online registration.
These players may form their own teams with friends, etc. Registering as a team means that the team is formed independently of CHS grading system. The club may add players to these teams if individuals contact us requesting a place in a team. However, this will be done in consultation with the team contact and only if existing player numbers permit.
All players must be fully registered and fee paid, by the registration cut off date.
All players should email our registrar and advise who they are playing with.

- The team must supply a manager and suitable umpire who must be approved by the CHS Umpiring Convenor.
- If the team wishes to train they must notify the Club to arrange the booking of courts.
All late Registrations who have not attended grading will be placed in a team at the discretion of the CHS Executive Committee. This will take into consideration the impact of the players in all teams in that age group for the benefit of Castle Hill Sports.
Please note: The $100 Active Kids Voucher payment is not refundable under any circumstances, as per the Services NSW guidelines. It can be transferred to another registered provider. This amount will be deducted prior to the calculation of any applicable refund.
After the online registration, the Netball NSW portion of the fee WILL NOT be refunded. This fee is for a 12mth period and it is only required to be paid once not matter which association/club you join.
After registration (junior & senior) and prior to team lists being released – a player can de-register and receive the following refund of their fee;
- CHSNC Registration fee LESS the NNSW portion and the Active Kids voucher $100 (if used)(this is non-refundable) & a $20 administration fee.
On or after team lists are released and prior to a player participating in any competition game – a player can de-register and receive the following refund of their fee;
- CHSNC Registration fee LESS the NNSW portion and Active Kids voucher $100 (if used) and 50% of the remaining balance.
No player can be de-registered after having played any competition game, except at the discretion of the BHSNA and no refund of fees will be paid.
