Castle Hill Sports Netball Club was established in 1996 and has competed in the Baulkham Hills Netball (BHN) competition for the past 26 years. In 2024, we entered 48 teams from 7yrs to open age, in various grades. We are currently one of the largest clubs in the Baulkham Hills Association with at least 3 teams in every age group. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to play sport in a safe and fair environment.
Registration Process
All registrations are completed online through the Netball NSW PlayHQ website.
Registration Fees 2026 Winter Competition
- NetSetGo Skills, which is a 10-week program only for 5yrs- 9yrs – $121 (including NetSetGo pack from Netball NSW)
- Net Set Go – Competition $356
- Players 10yrs to 14yrs – $355.10 (includes $20 fundraising levy)
- Players 15yrs to 17 years – $335.10
- Players 18yrs+ – $360.10
For rep players, you must be registered in a club by 31 January 2026.
(Netball Aust only allows participants to start playing games the year they are turning 7yrs)
These fees comprise of Netball Australia, Netball NSW, Baulkham Hills Shire Netball Association (BHSNA) and our own Club fee.
Training days – Juniors only
Training is held at the Bernie Mullane Sports Complex, outdoor netball courts (Marella Ave, Kellyville) or the BHN Complex (Wellgate Ave, Kellyville).
Teams may train for a one hour session between 4-8pm at a time negotiated between the coach and the team.
Games are played at the BHSNA Complex, Wellgate Ave Kellyville (these times are from 2025 season and may change)
- Friday evening – 6.30pm and 7.20pm – NetSetGo 7yrs, 8yrs & 9yrs
- Saturday morning – 9am to 12 noon – 10yrs to 14yrs
- Saturday afternoon – 12.30pm, 1.45pm & 3.00pm – 15yrs – Open ages
(Game times are set by the Baulkham Hills Shire Netball Association and cannot be changed)
Grading Days – compulsory for players aged 9yrs to 14yrs
These will be held at a location to be advised. All players aged 9yrs to 14yrs must attend to be placed into the correct team. Please see our Grading Policy here.

Uniform
Every player 7yrs to open age is required to purchase a uniform:
- Dress from $70 (no socks) $75 for extra length
- Shorts and Singlet combo $83 (no socks)
The following items are optional:
- Club socks – $13.50
- Club Hoodie – $72.50
- Club training shirt – $40
Our club training shirt will be issued to all new players to the club, free of charge. All uniform and merchandise are available at https://chsnetball.com.au/uniforms/
Competition Dates
The BHSNA will advise team grades on Monday 8th April 2026.
Competition will start –
- Friday 1sr May 2026 – Round 1 (NetSetGo – 7yrs to 9yrs)
- Saturday 2ndMay 2026 – Round 1 for all other ages
There will be no games from Sunday 28th June until the 18th July (school holidays).
Volunteers
Last and most important, our club cannot continue to exist without the assistance of our wonderful parent volunteers. Each team requires a coach and a manager, so please consider volunteering for one of these roles; there will be an option to do this during the registration process.
